Zhiye Lighter Factory, established in 1991, is a professional manufacturer of Electronic and Disposable gas lighters for over 10 years. In year 2003, to enlarge our factory’s development, we entered into the DVD case, CD case and other plastic products manufacturing.
We have specialized workshops that cover an area of more than 20000 square meters. Moreover, we own the most cutting-edged injection molding machines and manufacture the lighter parts by the plastic mold, with which an integrated assembly line from parts to finished products comes into being. Each product must pass through a series of strict quality control before it can flow into the market so as to ensure the guaranteed high quality.
To develop our factory’s management lever and products’ quality, we have successful passed the ISO 9001/2000 CERTIFICATE examination in May,2003.
